Refund policy

Salt of the Earth Minerals will gladly refund or exchange any unopened, unused, or damaged product. Refunds and exchanges are issued within 30 days following the date of shipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return:

Just follow these simple steps within 30 days of your original order date:

1. Email us at saltoftheearthminerals@tutanota.com with the following information: 

• Name
• Email address
• Street address
• City, State, Postal Code
• Invoice #
• Reason for Return (e.g., Item was broken when received, Other - please describe)

2. Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number is required, and we cannot process any product returns or exchanges without one.

3. Write your RA# on your return package and mail the product back to us. The address label should read as follows: Salt of the Earth Minerals RA # (fill in Return Authorization # Here) 7111 West 151st Street, 15, Overland Park, Kansas 66223.

Please ensure that the correct return address specific to Salt of the Earth Minerals is used.
